We will replace or refund, free of charge, any cartridge that is found to be defective during this time period.
We warrant that our cartridges will perform to the same standard as OEM products and that, under normal use and storage conditions, will not cause damage, abnormal wear or invalidate any OEM warranty.
If it is proved that damage to a machine has occurred due to the use of one of our cartridges, we will pay all remedial costs, including those for parts & labour, for the repair of said machine or purchase of a replacement machine. This is conditional to sight of an invoice or receipt, clearly stating evidence of work undertaken and subject to a proportionate discount being allowed for the age and pre-damage condition of the machine.
We will appoint an independent engineer to attend the machine concerned and pay all associated costs incurred, should this be the only reasonable solution to resolve the problem with said machine.
This warranty is dependent on the Customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the machine failure was specifically caused by a defect in our cartridge, including a written statement & report by an authorised service company and that no other non-OEM products have been used.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, excessive force, human error, natural disaster, unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification.
